Interview With Jason Schleifer

Strut Your Reel has a great interview posted up today with Mr. Jason Schleifer.



Some of you may know Jason's work from a lesser-known character named Gollum in a low-budget series of films called "Lord of the Rings." He's an amazing animator and rigger, and also happens to be a mentor over at Animation Mentor.

It's important to find what the key point is of any shot or series of shots you're working on and make sure that you get that idea across. Putting too much in the shot can easily overpower it and confuse the audience. Remember, they're only going to see it once, so just make it clear!
