New Pixar Ratatouille Podcast

Disney.com has a brand new podcast up titled "Ratatouille: Cooking 101."



In this short piece, Brad Bird and some of the other animators discuss the process they went through to achieve the authentic look and feel of a French kitchen, including spitting in all dishes to be consumed by American patrons.

Lots of unseen footage and some great insight into how the animators get first hand knowledge of everything that they animate.
